PAYMENT
As a private customer, you are able to pay for your goods with
credit card. This method of payment is covered by third party
system.

When paying with a credit card we will only subtract the subtotal
of your purchase from your account when the item is shipped.
You can pay with Dankort, eDankort, Visa, Visa Electron,
MasterCard and Maestro.

The entered data is encrypted and cannot be read by others.
Card information is sent through an encrypted connection to
our server.

THE OPPOSITION SYSTEM
You can always oppose if an amount is deducted from your
account and you can demonstrate:

• You have not received the product
• You have been exposed to a misuse of your credit card
information
• You regret your purchase before receiving it, e.g. by refusing
to receive it or not collect it at the post office
• The amount deducted from your account is higher than you
authorized when placing the order

It is a condition that your opposition cannot be immediately
refuted as false.

DELAYS
glerups.dk will contact you either by telephone or email, if any
problem (in terms of production failures, delays, etc.) occurs
when processing your order.

DAMAGE OR DEFECTS
glerups.dk has a strict quality control, but errors may occur.
If you receive a delivery with any defects, we will repair or
exchange your item. Another opportunity is to get the price
refunded, depending on the extent of the defect.

According to Consumer Contracts customers have a 2-year
warranty on manufacturing and material defects from the
day you receive the item. Damage to the product caused by
improper use of it or normal wear and tear is not covered by
the warranty.

If there are deficiencies, damages or other claims in the pro-
duct, please contact glerups.dk as soon as possible.

Once you have received an answer, please send the defective
product, a copy of the relevant invoice and a description of the
defect to the following address:

Once we receive the defective item, we will contact you imme-
diately by email, to discuss how we handle the case.

glerups.dk recommends that the product is returned with GLS,
and sent as a package, which makes it possible to trace the
shipment. By this any doubt is removed whether the goods
have been delivered to glerups.dk or not, and you have the
opportunity to advertise for the package if no delivery should
have taken place. The package is rejected by glerups.dk if it is
returned as COD (cash on delivery) or without postage or with
”no distribution”.

Note
All exchanged products will renew their warranty period from
the date the customer receives them.

Note
If the defects or damages occurred during shipping, you must
contact GLS, which is responsible for all deliveries from glerups.dk.

RECEIPT
Valid receipt is the order confirmation and/or the invoice on
which the product is specified.


THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND EXCHANGE
When shopping through glerups.dk’s online shop, you have 30
day of Right to Withdraw and Exchange the goods from the
day you receive them. Meaning you can receive the package,
unpack the item and see if they are as expected and the size
fits.


TERMS OF USING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL OR
EXCHANGE
The goods are sent to glerups.dk in the same condition and
quantity as on delivery. This includes that the goods must be
unused and in original packaging. It is not required that the
packaging is unbroken.

The goods and a copy of relevant invoice are sent to the fol-
lowing address of return:

glerups.dk recommends that the product is returned with GLS,

CANCEL/RETURN AND EXCHANGE ORDER
When making your purchase on glerups website, you as a
customer have 30 days right to cancel/return or exchange your
order from the day you receive the item. This means that you
as a customer can receive the item, unpack it and see if it is as
expected and that the size fits.

The condition for the cancellation/return or exchange is that
glerups.dk receives the goods in the same condition and
quantity as in delivery. This includes the product being unused
and in original packaging. However, it is not a requirement that
the packaging is unbroken.

THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
When The Right to Withdrawal is used, the cost of your pur-
chase and the shipping fee get refunded. The shipping fee is
not refundable if the original order consists of multiple items
and only some of the items are withdrawn.

Withdrawal can also be done by refusing to receive the package.

When glerups.dk has received the returned item, you get an
email confirming this. The email provides information of the sub-
sequent process, and when you can expect to get your money
refunded.

Expect a processing time up to 10 days on return packages,
as all goods returned are checked systematically. The cost of
your purchase is refunded to your account within a few days
and latest 30 days after glerups.dk has received and accepted
the returned goods.

When glerups.dk has processed the withdrawn purchase and
the amount is transferred to your account, we will send a credit
note to your e-mail.

Note
The cost of returning the goods to glerups.dk is the customer’s
own expense. This also applies if the customer refuses to
accept the order. The package is rejected by glerups.dk if it is
returned as COD (cash on delivery) or without postage or with
”no distribution”.


THE RIGHT OF EXCHANGE
Is the product not as expected or have you ordered the wrong
size, you can choose to exchange it. To facilitate the proce-
dure, you must return the product and a copy of the relevant
invoice and then order a new product through our online shop.
The first product purchased
When glerups.dk receives the returned item we will refund the
cost of purchase and delivery. The shipping fee is not refun-
dable if the original order consists of multiple items and only
some of the items are to be exchanged.

When glerups.dk has received the returned item, you get an
email confirming this. The email provides information of the
subsequent process, and when you can expect to get your
money refunded.

as all goods returned are checked systematically. The cost of
your purchase is refunded to your account within a few days
and latest 30 days after glerups.dk has received and accepted
the returned goods.

When glerups.dk has processed the returned item and the

The new product
When glerups.dk receives your new order, you get a new order
confirmation sent to your e-mail and your order is treated as a
new purchase.
The Warranty Period of the new product is valid from the date
you receive it.

PRIVACY

27160972, is responsible for the information you provide to
glerups.dk when ordering a product.

We store your information (name, address, phone and e-mail)
and we use them for processing and follow-up on your order
as well as for other corresponding services.

You may, upon request, receive insight into your registered
personal information and object to a registration under the
terms of the Personal Data Act.

Should any of the information be incorrect, incomplete or
irrelevant, you have the right to have the information corrected
or deleted.

LANGUAGE AND CURRENCY
All agreements can be made in Danish or English. All informa-
tion provided on the website is available in both languages,
and it is possible to correspond with glerups.dk in these
languages.

Cost and currency
The goods can be paid with Danish Kroner (DKK) or Euro (€).
The Danish translated webpage only accepts payment in Da-
nish Kroner (DKK), and the English translate webpage only ac-
cepts payment in Euro (€).

VAT
All prices are including VAT/sales tax. The VAT/sales tax rate
will be regulated baed on country of delivery and VAT-zone
and existing regulations. Deliveries outside EU are VAT-free
due to regulations.

TIME OF DELIVERY
We try to process your order as quickly as possible, but expect
a processing time up to 7 working days and in addition the
time used for shipment.

Denmark: approx. 3 working days
EU: approx. 10 working days
World: approx. 15 working days

Delivery method
The delivery date shown on the order confirmation is approxi-
mate. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email
with the exact delivery date.

Your order is shipped by GLS or UPS, the day your order is pro-
cessed. Packages which cannot be delivered by the postman
can be collected at the nearest post office within the following
10 days.

If you do not collect the package at the post office within the
10 days, we regard it as if you take advantage of your right to
withdraw. The costs for returning the package will be charged/
deducted towards you.

The order is send by GLS and one shipping fee per order is
charged. The shipping fee is based on the stated delivery
address.

Delivery costs
One fee for delivery is charged per order. Fee can be seen on
the web ordering process.
