Returns
If you’d like a different size or style, simply return your original purchase and place a new order for your preferred glerups.
All returns must be registered through our returns portal before being sent back to us.
Start your return below and follow the instructions provided in the portal.
In selected countries, you can purchase a return label through the portal. If a return label is not available for your country, you will need to arrange and pay for the return shipping yourself.
Please note that we do not offer free returns.
- You have 30 days to return your order.
- Items must be returned unused, clean and without stains or signs of wear. We are unable to issue a refund for items that show visible signs of use.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR GLERUPS
1. START YOUR RETURN
All returns must be registered through our returns portal.
Start your return using the button above and follow the instructions in the portal. In selected countries, you will have the option to purchase a return label. If this option is not available, you will need to arrange and pay for the return shipping yourself.
2. RETURNING YOUR PACKAGE
Please follow the return instructions provided in the portal.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
- Keep your proof of postage until your return has been processed.
- Avoid sticking labels or tape directly onto the original glerups shoe box.
Pack you return
Pack your glerups in the original shoe box and make sure the package is securely wrapped to avoid damage during transit.
Prepare your return shipment
If you purchased a return label through our returns portal, print the label and attach it securely to the outer packaging. If you arrange the return shipping yourself: Write your order number on a piece of paper and place it inside the package. You can find your order number in your order confirmation email.

Terms
- At glerups, you always have a full 30-day right of return.
- The item must be returned unused and without stains. We do not refund if there are visible stains and signs that the shoes have been used.
- When returning, you are responsible for the return shipping costs yourself.
